HM Dread Quest

I've heard a lot of confusion about the HM dread quests so I thought I would find some information on it. Here is what I have found most useful.

Who gives it? I have done gargoiles quest (failed experiment).

You have to kill Julia over and over again until she drops the mandolin. Could take a while.

Doesn't take as long as the one from the Orc Robbers, son of a bitch, that took forever.
