I'm sorry but I can't have it that Allen kicked ANOTHER lvl 50+ and great helping member of the guild.
I have been thinking this at the loss of Limper (which was at its place), that we have a great guild, a tight group. Thing is, our leader doesn't manage to take criticism, even when not meant so.

All I have left to say is sorry to Ann, Nick, Lee, Dallas and all the others if Allen cannot conquer his ego and admit he was wrong for once. You will notice that after Gen a lot of the people he brought in (Allburnt, Raaar,...) will be leaving too and I will very probable get kicked out of the guild for my freedom of speech.

I hope to still see you guys in the future.

Once again, the whole story must be told. I had received several complaints about Gen, such as he was pushy and commanding. If you don't like this I am sorry. Just because Gen was high leveled doesn't mean he was a "Good" guildie. I won't get into it. It was no accident the first time. And most definitely not a mistake this time.

yeah i know, but it's just that he has been a great help for me (and vice versa for his low priest) and he brought a whole bunch of fresh guildies in! I mean, you can't change character just like that. So my point is, couldn't we just be a bit tolerant on that? I don't mean to offend you personnaly Allen, it's your guild, but as a member I want to be sure that our leader can take some blows (I already know you can deal em out )

And as you said, there are things I dont know about. Just sucks to lose people that were kind to you, (not meaning they're kind to everyone!) you dig?

I understand completely how you feel. I'm sure he was helpful to a certain extent, and there is nothing saying that you can't still work with him (that is assuming he has the maturity to only hold resentment against me, and not everyone who bears the Tainted Angel name) he did bring several new faces into the guild too, and it will be a loss when they leave. However they have their alliances with him so I really don't blame them. On that same note however, a few of the people he did bring in aroused complaints from several other members within a few short days.

Thus project Revolution came about. I haven't had a chance to log on today to see if you applied for the new guild, but things are going to be run differently. For example a slight age restriction. Most of the guild will be 18+ because usually by that age the "drama gene" has died off. We will however be making exceptions for existing members such as yourself so no worries.

In the end here was my main reasons for kicking Gen out. First off he was extremely pushy. He continually was trying to convince me to sell him my legend gear after I flat out told him no. I'm not the only one he did this to. Other examples of his pushyness (within the guild) refers to an incident that I wasn't online to witness in which he added a new guildie, promoted her a couple of levels without my consent, then instantly demanded that everyone show her the utmost respect and call her by her full toon name. It would be fine if we were that kind of guild, but we're not, we are all here to have fun while becoming the best of the best at the same time. Secondly he seemed to think that just because he was the same level as me he was automatically the second in command, and when he passed my level because I was pvping, seemed to think that he ran the guild. Then he proceeded to pester me about getting back onto xXScandalXx instead of BabbleN'Drool when I made it clear that I was going to pvp for a bit with Ann. Again, his pushy side showed itself. I know he was helpful to some people, but his cons outweighed his pros.

To address the comment about taking blows: I can. I can take and receive, but when you disrespect my friends that's when I can't take it. Prime example is this. You're criticizing me, and I'm taking it =P I hope everyone reading this realizes that I'm doing the best I can, and I'll help in any way possible to make up for the loss of the high leveled toons that will be gone with Gen.
